ABOUT PAPER BRIDE

Paper Bride, founded in 2005 by graphic designer and artist Susanne Hartke, is a custom invitation studio located in Avon in Livingston County, New York. Susanne initially became captivated by designing wedding invitations while designing her sister-in-laws wedding invitations, and eventually turned her talent and attention to starting her own business.

"I have always had an infatuation with typography and paper" said Susanne. "It made so much sense to me the day I decided to start Paper Bride. After 6 years, I still get excited every time I sit down to design a custom invitation". Whether a client comes to us knowing exactly what they want, or is looking for expert guidance to bring their vision to life, we take tremendous pride in our ability to create designs that fits the clients needs and budget. "I look forward to meeting with the couples in person. They get to look through my invitations samples and shapes & colors of paper. It's fun!. It's just not the same as looking at images online."
